Booking & cancellation policy
All deposits are non - refundable under any circumstance, but can be transferred to a different date by yourself, up to 48hrs before your appointment. Anything after this time frame will result in your deposit being lost and you will need to make a new booking via the website if you are unable to attend your appointment.
To edit, manage or move your bookings please do so via the website, you will recieve a confirmation email with instructions on how to do so otherwise please do as follows:
Set up an account via our Log in/ Sign up icon located within the menu/ tab bar, this will create your own account linked to the website where you will be able to manage and control all your bookings easily.
If a booking is ever needed to be rescheduled by us for any reason, then we will hold your deposit and your appointment will be moved to the next closest date of your choice. Depending on the circumstances a small discount may be applied as a kind gesture for any inconvenience caused.
There is a 10 minute lateness cap on all appointments, failure to arrive at your appointment before this time and with no communication resorts in an immediate cancellation and therefore you will need to rebook back in on the website with a new deposit.
Failure to comply / respect our policies will result in a cancellation of your appointment and any further appointments with us, therefore you will lose your deposit & not be allowed to return in the future
