Service Description
Please ensure you still have at least 40% of your extensions remaining once the outgrown lashes are removed, if you have lost too many lashes then you will be charged for a full set instead. In some cases if there isn't enough time to carry out the full set, you may be turned away and have to book back in online with a new deposit. In order to get your lashes to last as long as possible please follow all aftercare thoroughly.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable but appointments can be moved to a different day within 48 hours, this must be done so by yourself, through the website. Please see instructions in either your confirmation email or on the deposit section of the website and follow the simple steps to make an account. Once this time frame has passed you will need to make a new booking, with a new deposit. In some cases a late cancellation fee of 100% maybe charged, this is for specific circumstances only and will be up to the service provider to decide when this fee may be carried out.
