Service Description
Russians are created using our 8d lashes. If you have light, fair coloured lashes please book a lash tint with your extensions to ensure we can see your natural lashes clearly. This will give you the best results plus ensure your lashes blend in to the extensions thoroughly. If there is any oil residue or dirt/make up build up on your lashes then a lash bath will need to be carried out at an extra charge. Please note that all lash sets will look different for each client, the longer and fuller your natural lashes are, the longer and fuller your sets will look. If you have gone past your 15 day infill limit but you still have 50% of extensions remaining once the outgrown extensions have been removed, you will only be charged for infill price but please book a full set if past two weeks (15 days max) just incase.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable but appointments can be moved to a different day within 48 hours, this must be done so by yourself, through the website. Please see instructions in either your confirmation email or on the deposit section of the website and follow the simple steps to make an account. Once this time frame has passed you will need to make a new booking, with a new deposit. In some cases a late cancellation fee of 100% maybe charged, this is for specific circumstances only and will be up to the service provider to decide when this fee may be carried out.
